Bray Wyatt makes shock return to WWE after 8 months out and leaves fans stunned with new gimmick
Bray Wyatt had been off WWE television for eight months until he appeared on Raw last night.
But, it wasn’t the Bray Wyatt of old – it was a brand new gimmick that has left plenty of fans with a lot to say.
For weeks the WWE has aired vignettes with mysterious creatures that featured a man laughing in the background.
While fans had speculated this could be the return of Wyatt, few could have anticipated exactly how he would return.
It turns out Wyatt, 31, debuted the ‘Firefly Funhouse’ and it’s safe to say WWE fans have never seen a gimmick like this before.
Wyatt is a former WWE champion and a tag team champion on both Raw and SmackDown.
The third-generation superstar has had a very stop-start career for the past couple of years in WWE but at his age and with his talent, it’s hard to imagine he won’t succeed in some capacity.
Not to mention, he appears to be in fantastic shape, too.
Fans aren’t sure what to make of Wyatt’s new persona and it has gotten mixed reviews out of the gate:
