Chelsea vs West Ham teams: Callum Hudson-Odoi and Ruben Loftus-Cheek given the nod for second game running
Chelsea youngsters Callum Hudson-Odoi and Ruben Loftus-Cheek will start for a second game running for Chelsea as they welcome West Ham to Stamford Bridge on Monday night.
The England pair started the Blues’ last game at home to Brighton – a 3-0 victory in a game where Loftus-Cheek scored and Maurizio Sarri has given them the nod once again.
This comes as something of a surprise as both Hudson-Odoi, 18, and Loftus-Cheek, 23, have had limited action in Chelsea’s first team.
Sarri has made two changes from the team that beat Brighton which sees Antonio Rudiger and Gonzalo Higuain replace Andreas Christensen and Olivier Giroud.
As for West Ham, they have made five changes from their dreadful 2-0 defeat at home to Everton last time out.
